Qualifications and Profile:
- Senior legal executive with 20+ years experience leading teams in or adjacent to technology.
- Self-aware individual with high emotional IQ, passionate about career development and coaching.
- Able to commit 12+ hours monthly for 24+ months in a dynamic startup environment.
Contract and Logistics:
- This is a part-time, hourly contract position with performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Position is fully remote, requiring candidates to be based in North America or Europe.
- Hiring is based on member demand, with selected candidates entering a rigorous training program.
