As the Coach Operations Manager, you'll build lasting relationships with our 1099 contract coaches, support their Mento journey, and implement initiatives that enhance both coach and member experiences while aligning with organizational goals.

This role is perfect for a creative strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to roll up their sleeves to build something from the ground up.
