Senior Program Manager I - Strategic Partnerships

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive execution across cross-functional efforts and support initiatives involving external partners.
• Create clarity on roles, ownership, and processes to reduce friction and unblock progress.
• Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and dependencies for predictable progress.

Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a key conduit between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Translate internal decisions and tradeoffs into actionable partner-facing updates.
• Build trust and confidence through timely, transparent alignment on expectations.

Risk and Process Improvement:

• Proactively identify and surface risks, dependencies, and blockers to prevent timeline or quality impacts.
• Implement improvements to reduce friction and increase clarity in team coordination.
• Establish systems to improve visibility, accountability, and evolve partnership execution patterns.
