The Customer Success Partner is a senior commercial role serving as the primary relationship manager for Strategic Accounts, including Fortune 100 companies. This role focuses on revenue generation through managing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ensuring the health of existing subscriptions. Key responsibilities include conducting business reviews, managing renewals, driving upsells, and cultivating strong client relationships. Represent the company by conveying its vision, mission, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders. Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and media to promote the company's offerings. Provide strategic guidance for Go-to-market enablement in collaboration with sales and customer success teams. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics to foster thought leadership and drive innovation.
