• Champion AI in the SDLC to enhance team productivity and product impact.
• Utilize and advance Power Digital’s nova ecosystem, embedding AI in our engineering and product processes.

People Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative cloud-based applications.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and foster career growth through feedback and upskilling.
• Grow the product engineering team by actively participating in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.

Project Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and technical leaders to scope, plan, and deliver high-impact initiatives—fast.
• Break down complex initiatives into manageable, iterative tasks for your team.
• Ensure consistent delivery of features and enhancements on tight timelines, balancing velocity and quality.
