• Guide AI engineers working on LLM, agentic, and AI-platform capabilities.
• Partner with Product to define goals, scope, and success metrics
• Contribute to org-wide engineering improvements and AI adoption standards.

The ideal candidate has experience managing engineering teams and driving high-quality delivery, Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer, and demonstrated AI-First experience.
