Job Description

The Block is looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Lead who knows how to elevate a brand that already carries global weight. You'll be optimizing and scaling what's working, using sharp tactical execution. Responsibilities include owning the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy across email, automation, landing pages, and funnel performance. Also using Marketo and Salesforce to track, report, and optimize campaign performance across product lines. It requires collaboration with research, editorial, and sales to drive conversion-oriented campaigns, Identify high-leverage growth opportunities based on our existing traffic, tech stack, and reputation - then act on them.
