Work Anywhere Customer Service Representative

This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, provide product information to customers, process orders and returns, and maintain customer records and update information as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience is preferred. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
