Technical Program Manager, Vulnerability, Configuration & Attack Surface Management

Role Summary:

• Manage OKR and epic portfolio for vulnerability, configuration, and attack surface programs.
• Coordinate dependencies and priorities across multiple engineering teams.
• Ensure committed work is loaded into agile backlogs to hold delivery dates.

What You'll Do:

• Lead reprioritization and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Track and resolve cross-team risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Produce executive status reporting and run go/no-go gate reviews.

Qualifications & Success:

• 12+ years of program management in security, software, or infrastructure.
• Agile, OKR, and capacity planning experience; security domain knowledge preferred.
• In 6-12 months, have unified OKR view, aligned backlogs, and reduced coordination load.
