About the Role:
- Drive execution of the Security & Privacy Roadmap and other high-priority risk-reduction programs.
- Turn complex security and privacy goals into sequenced, measurable plans; align stakeholders across Security, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal.
- Prepare clear, board-ready updates for executives.
What You’ll Do:
- Own roadmap execution: Maintain integrated roadmap from intake to operational handoff.
- Drive risk-reduction programs: Lead delivery of major security programs (IAM, vulnerability remediation, auditability, etc.).
- Lead quarterly planning: Coordinate planning inputs, capacity, sequencing, and trade-offs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years leading complex technical programs, with cybersecurity or privacy experience.
- Strong program-management fundamentals: integrated plans, dependency management, risk resolution.
- Ability to understand security architecture and translate technical details into business impact.
How Success Will Be Measured:
- Roadmap initiatives have clear scope, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Quarterly commitments are prioritized against capacity; risks raised early.
- High-priority programs deliver milestones and risk reduction, with documentation.
- Leadership and board updates are concise and decision-ready.
