Legal Counsel

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, and pilot agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal through signature, implementation, and renewal.
• Maintain contract repositories, templates, playbooks, and documentation standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with leadership, operations, finance, engineering, and external counsel to move deals forward.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for contract-related questions and documentation.
• Partner with finance on invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, collections follow-up, and revenue operations.

Customer-facing Responsibilities:

• Guide prospects through proposals and commercial discussions to maintain deal momentum.
• Support customer contract negotiations while balancing business objectives and risk management.
• Complete client security questionnaires, vendor due diligence requests, and compliance-related documentation.
