Reporting directly to Thomas, CMO/Co-founder, this is what you'll do: Take full ownership of paid media campaigns across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., Exoclick, TrafficStars), with potential to expand scope across new channels. Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets in mind — from media plan to execution and iteration. You will also monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards. Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase speed of testing. Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and internal tools. This is a hands-on role from day one. You’ll run campaigns directly.
