Job Summary:

  • Support program leadership in driving operational performance and business decision-making.
  • Provide end-to-end financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value management, and long-range planning.
  • Collaborate with program managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret financial data and recommend actions.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects.
  • Collect and analyze financial information to track progress against goals and create financial models.
  • Analyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and 5-7 years' experience, or equivalent combination.
  • Oral and written communication skills, analytical thinking, statistical knowledge, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
