Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Description:

• Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning, forecasting, and modeling.
• Perform complex technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
• Act as a mentor to junior-level analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze income and balance sheet statements and consolidated reports.
• Perform complex financial analysis and evaluate operating results and financial position.
• Lead coordination of accounting matters with other departments and serve as a resource for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
• CPA preferred; excellent technical knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior management.

Additional Information:

• Salary range $73,500 to $116,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
