Manager - Financial Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate finance supervisors and associates, setting goals and priorities aligned with departmental and corporate objectives.
• Lead financial planning, modeling, and internal controls, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Drive process improvement by benchmarking best practices and implementing new workflows.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of functional experience in corporate accounting/finance, including general accounting, cost accounting, tax, or financial analysis.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing a team of accounting or finance associates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; CPA or CIA certification encouraged.
