Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and define objectives.
• Lead instructional design projects from intake to handover, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Design assessments to measure learning effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Bilingualism in English and French is required.
• Strong project management and stakeholder consultation skills.
