Key Responsibilities:
- Execute disciplined outbound calling and SMS campaigns to connect with prospective guests and qualify their interest.
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team with clean context and manage a clean, current pipeline in the CRM.
- Follow approved scripts while sounding natural and participate in daily coaching and call review for continuous improvement.
Performance Metrics:
- Success is measured by outbound activity volume, prospects contacted, qualified appointments set, and appointment show rate.
- Track closed revenue from set appointments, accuracy of CRM notes, speed of follow-up, and coachability over time.
Candidate Profile:
- Ideal candidates have experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or sales development and are comfortable with daily outbound calls.
- They must be warm, resilient, organized, coachable, proficient with CRM tracking, and already use AI tools to enhance their sales process.
