Job Description
Quenchβs primary system is Salesforce.com and includes Zuora, ServiceMax, Certinia, Supply Chain Management, CPQ, as well as several other systems. The teamβs primary function is to liaise between the business functions and the technical development teams to translate requirements on how the business needs to function into systems requirements.
The Business Systems Analyst plays a strategic role in evaluating and transforming business processes, identify areas for improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment and overall business value within the organization. Key responsibilities include leading the elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements, system analysis, collaborating on systems design and architecture, serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor, monitoring and evaluating the impact of process improvements, ensuring data integrity, serving as the functional product owner, staying updated on industry trends, overseeing the documentation, coordinating training activities, contributing to project delivery by supporting project activities in scope definition, identifying and championing opportunities for process and system optimization, partnering with IT and business leadership to shape and prioritize the organizational roadmap, and providing consulting services to business partners to foster innovation.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience, a 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting, solid technical knowledge of application systems and processes, understanding of key finance and accounting business processes, experience in systems architecture, knowledge of agile best practices, and excellent communication skills.
