The Business Systems Analyst at Quench plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, collaborating on solution design, writing technical specifications, modeling business processes, and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance the user experience within the Quench application ecosystem.

The Senior Analyst will deliver actionable insights that inform operational and strategic decision-making. This role will independently own and manage the end-to-end process to generate business insights and recommendations related to the Payor Operations at SonderMind and influence decisions.

The Delivery Monitoring team is seeking a Senior Analyst or Consultant within the Property & Specialty line of business. This role offers the opportunity to be a direct and key contributor to profit and growth goals and help shape current and future pricing programs. You will define key metrics, analyze & visualize new product results, identify key trends, maintain communication & relationships with stakeholders, and inform future product rollouts.
