The RevOps Manager will improve critical Revenue processes such as funnel optimization, performance insights, capacity management (quota, commission, incentives), and forecasting. As part of a fast-growing company, you’ll play a pivotal role in efforts to scale the sales function, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

The Sr. Workforce Capacity Planning Analyst will work as part of our delivery organization to help analyze, review, model, and plan for staff requirements in a highly dynamic and fluid environment supporting our decentralized clinical trials. Their job is to use creative thinking and problem solving to analyze data, make assumptions, and recommendations for Care Access’ workforce.
