Senior Product Manager - Source - Contract

As the Senior Product Manager for the Sourcing Suite, you will own a portfolio of core products that power applicant acquisition and recruitment marketing. You’ll lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution across these tools—collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to build intelligent, scalable, and impactful products. You’ll operate like a founder—navigating the 0-to-1 journey with deep customer empathy, fast learning loops, and clear focus on product-market fit. Once validated, you’ll scale these products to deliver measurable value to the business. You will lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery for Source, Reach, and Referrals products. Translate customer insights and business needs into high-impact, scalable solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Analytics to build data-powered features like recommendations, predictive performance insights, and referral intelligence. You will also define and track success metrics, make trade-offs, and operate effectively in ambiguity. Communicate priorities and decisions clearly across stakeholders and partner teams.
