We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team and partner closely with sales leadership and drive data-informed decisions that power growth. In this role, you'll deliver insights that optimize territory design, quota management, and forecasting, while enabling scalable, efficient sales processes. You'll play a critical role in improving sales productivity through reporting, performance analysis, and tool evaluation—all in service of a high-performing, data-driven GTM team.
You will be partnering closely with sales leadership to deliver actionable insights to optimize pipeline coverage, territory design, and quota management. You will support pipeline management by ensuring data accuracy and driving adoption of scalable, repeatable forecasting processes. You will analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities, delivering insights that enhance productivity and effectiveness. Enable data-driven decision-making by building real-time reports and dashboards in Salesforce to refine and optimize sales strategies.
