Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute on a roadmap focused on enhancing subscriber retention through engagement and strategies. Analyze subscriber behavior and engagement/retention metrics to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making. Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize the effectiveness of retention initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to leadership, communicating the impact of retention strategies on business metrics.
