Job Description
As (Senior) Demand & Procurement Manager, you ensure that our products – both in the online shop and in retail – are always available in the right quantity at the right time. You recognize early on whether too much of our capital is being blocked or whether we are facing an out-of-stock risk – and actively counteract this. You are building a system with which we can manage our inventories data-based, efficiently and scalable. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and develop smart processes, forecast logics and purchasing strategies that support our growth.
You work closely with teams such as Data, Marketing, Retail and Logistics to make informed decisions, optimize reorders and manage our assortment in such a way that it turns quickly – without chaos, without gut feeling, but with structure, clarity and ownership. You have several years of experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Manager or strategic purchaser - ideally in the e-commerce or retail environment. You are analytically strong, bring structure and processes with you and think end-to-end. Experience with ERP systems (ideally JTL) & Forecasting Tools. Excellent negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with suppliers. Hands-on mentality & drive to shape things independently.
