Responsibilities:
- Oversee the RN Reviewer team, including one RN Team Lead, to ensure effective operations.
- Establish and communicate a daily plan to the staff, ensuring everyone is aligned.
- Capture process efficiency ideas from the team and work with stakeholders to recommend and lead changes.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license to practice.
- Requires 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Needs knowledge of NCQA/CMS requirements and experience using MCG, CMS NCDs/LCDs, and clinical criteria guidelines.
