Responsibilities:
- Define the technical solution for a new product.
- Help shape the product with peers in Product and Design.
- Mentor other technical team members and be the technical point of contact.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems.
- Technical leadership across teams, driving architectural vision.
- Fluency in Go or similar systems languages; deep cloud platform expertise.
What to Expect:
- First 30 days: meet team, build context, provide feedback.
- First 90 days: work with Product and Design on product definition.
- One year: bring the product to market and participate in on-call rotation.
