• Evaluates, assesses, and plans nutrition care to meet patient nutritional needs.
• Counsels patients and/or families by identifying nutrition-related problems.
• Develops plans of instruction and nutritional care, and monitoring results.

• Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient’s unique needs through telehealth meetings.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education to challenge irrational thoughts and beliefs around food/nutrition, weight, and shape.
