Job Description
The Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of core parts of Replicant’s platform, defining the future of autonomous customer service. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build products that conduct millions of real-time conversations with enterprise-grade accuracy, reliability, and speed. This role is for someone who thrives with autonomy, moves quickly, and cares deeply about building products that deliver measurable impact for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities include developing and refining strategy and roadmaps, translating roadmaps into actionable projects, partnering with Engineering and Design to ship features. Establishing and monitoring product metrics including accuracy, containment, task success rates, CSAT, and cost efficiency, and use them to guide decisions. The Product Manager will also stay current on the evolving landscape of large language models, evaluation frameworks, and competitive offerings.
