• Must have a good understanding of profiles and flavors, with cooking from scratch, not frozen.
• Trains and guides staff on duties and all training requirements while scheduling and assigning daily work activities.
• You will prepare meals, box lunches, and dinner for the crew, as well as snacks, while maintaining records of inventory and ordering of supplies.

• Wash, scrub, clean, and sanitize designated kitchen and dining areas.
