Job Description
Lead quarterly and annual NBA planning, consolidating inputs from business owners and aligning with organizational goals. Define prioritization criteria (value, effort, feasibility) and facilitate prioritization forums with senior stakeholders. Develop and maintain the NBA release calendar, sequencing launches and ensuring dependencies are tracked. Socialize roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and pipeline changes with executive stakeholders. Deliver executive-ready roadmap documentation. Manage the full lifecycle of NBA launches in PEGA, including intake, requirements gathering, dependency tracking, and delivery. Capture business objectives, eligibility rules, channel needs, data requirements, and KPIs. Develop detailed project plans and maintain timelines, identifying critical path items and cross-team dependencies. Act as a bridge between business teams, the Pega core team, QA, data, and operations.
