Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AWS Lex Developer with strong expertise in building and managing skill bots and delivering high-quality conversational AI solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirement gathering, bot design, and end-to-end implementation across multiple customer touchpoints. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to transform business use cases into intelligent conversational experiences using AWS Lex, Lambda, and related AWS services.
Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of AWS Lex-based skill bots for voice and chat channels, conducting requirement gathering sessions, designing conversation flows, integrating bots with AWS Lambda, ensuring bot performance optimization, collaborating with business and technical teams, supporting UAT, and mentoring junior developers.
Qualifications include strong hands-on experience with AWS Lex, proficiency in AWS Lambda, knowledge of Amazon Connect integration, strong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts, and hands-on programming experience in Python or Node.js.
