Job Description
Architect Partnership & Strategic Translation: Translate the long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap into detailed, actionable functional requirements and user stories. Partner between holistic business needs across Sales, Finance, and Operations and platform capabilities.
Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within current business processes. Design future-state processes that leverage automation and AI to significantly reduce manual input and errors.
Lead-to-Cash Expertise & Conga Specialization: Manage and optimize the automation across the full revenue cycle, including Account & Contact Management, Opportunity Funnel, and Billing & Revenue. Design and implement complex pricing rules, contract automation workflows, and billing schedules within the Conga and Salesforce framework.
