Technical Architecture & Governance:

• Define and enforce global development standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish platform guardrails to manage governor limits, data storage, and technical debt.

Core Ecosystem & Integration:

• Architect end-to-end solutions in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds with advanced billing and ERP integration (Sage Intacct).
• Design robust integration architectures using MuleSoft, event-driven patterns, and secure REST/SOAP frameworks.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

• Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex debugging across integrations and billing runs.
• Mentor senior and mid-level developers, cultivating a culture of engineering excellence and architectural thinking.
