Investor Relations:
- Manage relationships with existing lenders and develop materials for ongoing communication, including covenant reporting and portfolio updates.
- Prepare pitch materials, financial projections, investor updates, and other documentation for both existing and prospective equity investors.
Strategic Finance:
- Collaborate with the finance team to evaluate funding options for new geographies and credit products.
- Support ad hoc corporate finance projects, including regulatory compliance, tax optimization, and risk management.
