Job Description
The DevOps Engineer III is part of the Global DevOps and SRE team. The DevOps Engineer III works in a multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS using technologies such as Github, Github Actions, Kubernetes/EKS, Serverless, Snowflake/Looker, IaC, and Cloud Security. As an individual contributor, the DevOps Engineer reports to the DevOps manager and collaborates with other teams to implement DevOps best practices. This role is critical in PriceSpider DevOps and Cloud transformation journey, building sustainable tools and procedures for efficient software development and deployment. Essential functions include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient AWS infrastructure using Terraform; designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions; ensuring security best practices; automating repetitive tasks; collaborating with global engineering teams; conducting cost reviews; planning and executing system upgrades; and providing operational support with on-call duties.
