Required Experience:
- Proven experience shipping production LLM-powered or agentic features with fluency in tool calling and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with eval frameworks and observability tools for non-deterministic systems.
- Strong full-stack capabilities, excellent communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.
