Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay

The Opportunity:

• The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps customers understand user experiences during production issues.
• You will shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud, including evolving the backend architecture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay, spanning frontend, backend, and data systems.
• Drive backend architecture evolution toward columnar/analytical storage for large-scale session data.
• Partner across teams to build cohesive cross-product experiences and engage directly with customers.

Technologies you'll work with:

• Go for backend services and APIs.
• Columnar/analytical data storage for core data storage and querying.
• TypeScript/React for user-facing workflows and the Grafana ecosystem.
