Job Description:
- Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through clinical teaching.
- Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback based on course objectives.
- Contribute to program development and participate in college assessment and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing required.
- Unencumbered Illinois RN licensure required; Multi-State (Compact) licensure preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for nursing education.
Additional Information:
- Compensation between $715 and $1,950 per earned credit hour based on experience and education.
