Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, increasing ROI, and supporting full-funnel marketing strategies through paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other performance channels. Essential duties include owning the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic display/retargeting, and CTV platforms, implementing and QA conversion tracking, developing and executing paid media and retargeting strategies, monitoring campaign performance daily, conducting A/B testing, partnering with creative teams, collaborating with analytics teams, and staying current on emerging platforms.
