Director, Localization

Spring Health is looking for a Director of Localization to lead our global translation and quality processes across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing translation and quality vendor relationships, developing and executing our localization strategy across teams and regions, and ensuring a seamless experience for global users. As the owner of Spring Health’s localization program, you will oversee the localization budget, define key quality metrics, drive cross-functional collaboration, and escalate risks to leadership when necessary. Your expertise will ensure our brand, content, and products are effectively adapted for international markets while maintaining quality and compliance. The role involves owning the end-to-end localization process across product, marketing, legal, and other key teams, implementing a comprehensive localization strategy, establishing localization quality assurance processes, and managing the localization budget.
