The Quality Manager is responsible for supplier alignment and performance, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to requirements, and defect-free deliverables. This role involves managing service delivery quality to the client, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and liaising with Language Services. The Quality Manager will monitor customer Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and take necessary actions to ensure quality and on-time delivery targets are met.
