Job Description

The Quality Manager will partner with the Partner Engagement Manager to align suppliers and ensure consistent performance. They will monitor supplier performance, act as an escalation point for Project Managers, and collaborate with the Language Services Team to initiate Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs). The role includes being the primary client contact for language quality matters, leading discussions on quality performance, and preparing quality reports. The Quality Manager will design and maintain quality frameworks and support initiatives to enhance quality processes. Communication and collaboration with the Language Services Team is essential for capacity needs and resource recommendations. This position involves supervisory responsibilities, including training employees and appraising performance.
