What we do:

What you'll do:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications in the U.S. and abroad.
- Partner with inventors and outside counsel to protect Nielsen's IP.
- Support engineering teams with invention mining and patent audits.
What you need:
- USPTO registration and at least 2 years of patent agent experience.
- A technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of media distribution, AI, and data science methodologies.
