About the Job:
- We are seeking a business-oriented IP attorney with 5+ years of experience in IP portfolio management and transactional work.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teams across Life360 to support a high-growth phase.
- You will be the first dedicated IP counsel at Life360 and help shape IP strategy for our category-leading consumer business.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and develop the patent portfolio, including working with outside counsel and responding to office actions.
- Manage and develop the trademark portfolio, including prosecution and enforcement.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements involving intellectual property rights.
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited US law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
- At least 5 years of legal experience at a national or regional law firm with a focus on patent prosecution.
- Demonstrated background in IP counseling and experience with AI-powered tools is a plus.
