Own and grow Chainguard's international IP portfolio, including trademark and copyright.
Lead IP enforcement efforts, including cease-and-desist actions for licensing violations.
Advise product and engineering teams on licensing, IP, and terms of service for multiple concurrent launches.

Qualifications:

5+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in IP law, including trademark and copyright.
Strong knowledge of open source licensing, including permissive and copyleft licenses.
Comfort working proactively to build IP protections and reactively when enforcement is required.
