New International Recruiter

The Role:

• At Chainguard, you’ll own full-cycle searches for international go-to-market and business roles, directly shaping our global footprint.
• You’ll partner with leaders to define hiring priorities and deliver a candidate-first experience across time zones.
• This role is about building high-performing teams that fuel our growth abroad, not just filling seats.

What You’ll Do:

• Run full-cycle searches for primarily GTM roles, with flexibility to hire across the international business.
• Build and manage pipelines that anticipate growth in international markets and provide insights on global talent trends.
• Adapt and improve recruiting processes so they scale effectively across regions while staying human and flexible.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience recruiting for GTM roles with direct exposure to international markets and senior leadership partnership.
• Comfortable navigating global hiring challenges—time zones, regulations, and local market dynamics.
• Adaptable, curious, and energized by helping a startup expand globally; bonus for interest in open source or security.
