New GTM Recruiter

Your Impact:

• Run full-cycle hiring for GTM roles across Mexico, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.
• Support hiring across other areas including Customer Success and Technology when required.
• Partner closely with GTM hiring managers to understand market dynamics and build targeted hiring strategies.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both written and verbal.
