Staff Engineer, Ads Development Infra

The Ads Infrastructure Excellence team owns scalable repeatable architecture components and developer tools to ensure the efficiency, scalability and reliability of the shared infrastructure used to build and support Reddit Ads. As a Staff Engineer, you will be the technical leader on the team and in the Ads Foundations organization. You must be able to take on ambiguous problems, design a solution, then lead other engineers in implementing that solution. You must also be able to identify problems independently, not just be assigned work to complete. Your responsibilities include working collaboratively with a team of software engineers to create and maintain the most foundational components for Reddit Ads infrastructure and leading large scale initiatives, like Infra re-architecture to enable Ads serving from multiple regions and cloud providers.
