Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver permitting strategies for critical infrastructure projects in California's Central Valley and Foothills.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee technical studies to support permitting processes.
  • Proactively manage budgets, scopes of work, and change orders while identifying project risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, policy, or related field with at least 10 years of consulting experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of expertise in 401, 404, 1600 LSAA, and USFWS/NMFS consultations.
  • Proven track record in supervisory roles and project management with at least 5 years of experience.
