Director, Unemployment Enablement

The Director of Unemployment Claims Enablement will lead, oversee, and manage all aspects of the Unemployment Management Delivery Service for Provisioning and POA, being a trusted business partner with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels. Your role will involve: Leading and managing the Unemployment Provisioning teams to achieve individual, team, and our goals; Maintaining continued improvements of the unemployment claims processing system to guide automation and customer-facing enhancements. Establishing, building relationships, and collaborating with teams and external partners.
