Sr. Program Manager – Clinic Billing Transformation

Seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Program Manager to support high-impact clinic billing-based process transformation and process improvement projects. This is a critical initiative involving the transition from one billing vendor to another, with a strong focus on program management and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with leadership, including VPs and Directors, to keep the project organized, on track, and moving forward—allowing the Project Director to focus on strategic direction while you handle the day-to-day coordination. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day project coordination, managing project tracking tools, and supporting internal communication. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are needed. Billing expertise or experience in billing transitions is a plus, and a proactive attitude is essential to keep things moving forward.
